Go Nuts this November for National Diabetes Month
Not only is November the start of the holiday season but it’s also National Diabetes month and a great time to know your risks. One avocado a day helps lower 'bad' cholesterol for heart healthy benefits
In a randomized, controlled feeding study, the we found that eating one avocado a day was associated with lower levels of LDL (specifically small, dense LDL particles) and oxidized LDL in adults with overweight or obesity.
