The Food Decisions Research Laboratory (FDRL) is a multidisciplinary global network of researchers interested in food choices and decisions. FDRL is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and scholars from Penn State and beyond who are collaborating to understand how to positively impact human lives through informed food decisions. The focus is on understanding food choices and decisions in context of the foodservice system. FDRL leadership includes Dr. Amit Sharma (Director), Dr. Chandler (Heyao) Yu (Associate Director), and Ms. Kim Impellitteri (Research and Teaching Labs Coordinator).
