Craig Lindell
Craig Lindell, BS, 2013 graduate of Movement Science
The Kinesiology program truly set me up for success in graduate school and now as a business owner.

After graduation, Craig practiced as a certified strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer for a year prior to leaving the east coast for the University of California where he graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. While in graduate school, Craig started a business venture and is now co-founder and CCO at [P]rehab, in Los Angeles, CA.
Craig is adamant that the Kinesiology program truly set him up for success in graduate school and now as a business owner. The program provided him with the foundational knowledge to excel in his physical therapy studies, but more importantly, the Penn State network and his experiences with his mentors taught him what it would take to excel in the professional world. Craig would not be where he is today without Penn State. He will always strive to give back to current and future students to continue the Penn State Tradition.

Craig’s favorite memory at Penn State is actually post-graduation. He had the opportunity to come back to Happy Valley and give his wife a glimpse of what it is like to be a Nittany Lion for the 2019 Penn State vs. Michigan White Out Weekend. He was able to give her the full experience of a tour of the football facility, meeting Coach Franklin, and being behind the stage of for College Gameday!
Craig has graciously mentored countless Kinesiology students as interns at [P]rehab to learn the new era of physical therapy in a digital consumer world. He has found this to be an amazing experience to give back and guide students to their passion.
Happy Valley will always hold a special place in Craig’s heart, WE ARE!
