How to add HHD to your LinkedIn profile

Alum or Student

Go to your LinkedIn Profile and login.
Scroll down to the “Education” section.
If you’ve previously added your College of Health and Human Development degree to LinkedIn, click on the pencil icon to the right of the degree/school information.
1. In the School textbox, delete the current name and add: Penn State College of Health and Human Development
If you haven’t added the degree, click on the “+” in the Education section.
1. Complete the text boxes with appropriate information.
2. In the School textbox, add: Penn State College of Health and Human Development
Click Save. You should now see the Penn State shield icon next to your degree.

Employee

Go to your LinkedIn Profile and login.
Scroll down to the “Experience” section.
If you’ve previously added your College of Health and Human Development position to LinkedIn, click on the pencil icon to the right of the position information.
1. In the Company textbox, delete the current name and add: Penn State College of Health and Human Development. Click on the college name that appears in the drop-down menu.
If you haven’t added the position, click on the “+” in the Experience section.
1. Complete the text boxes with appropriate information.
2. In the Company textbox, add: Penn State College of Health and Human Development. Click on the college name that appears in the drop-down menu.
Click Save. You should now see the Penn State shield icon next to your current position.

Volunteer

Go to your LinkedIn Profile and login.
Scroll down to the “Volunteer” section.
Click on the "+".
1. In the Organization text box add: Penn State College of Health and Human Development
2. Complete the text boxes with appropriate information.
Click Save. You should now see the Penn State shield icon next to your volunteer item.
