HHD Diversity-Focused Student Organizations

Why is joining a student organization important?

Penn State is proud of its large community of alumni, students, faculty, and staff. We pride ourselves on the impact that Penn Staters make globally, every day. For a student, joining an organization can make your transition to the Penn State community easier and more engaging. Student organizations provide opportunities to develop your leadership skills, apply concepts learned in the classroom, and cultivate relationships that will last forever!

The College of Health and Human Development is proud to host several organizations of interest, some of them with a focus and intent on increasing the support and success of diverse student populations. Learn more about these organizations below.
